As the painter of this stunning piece, I poured my heart and soul into capturing the essence of the Chinese tea ceremony. With each brushstroke of acrylics on paper, I aimed to bring the ceramic cup to life and convey the warmth of the tea, as well as the delicate steam rising from its surface.
I used a photo-realistic style to create a sense of intimacy between the viewer and the cup, with the intentionally blurred background inviting us to slow down and savor the moment. With a blend of poetic realism and artistic skill, I aimed to pay tribute to the beauty and simplicity of the tea ceremony, hoping to transport the viewer to a world of peace and serenity.
